* Did you place the machine on a flat and firm surface?
- If you place the machine on wooden or metal plates which aren't solid, the vibration will be more serious when the washer is rotating.
- Keep the washing machine more than 10 cm from the wall. Vibration may occur if the washing machine contacts household goods during spinning.

* Is the machine washing clothes evenly?
- If it is not installed on a level surface, the vibration and noise may become very serious. Therefore, adjust level height to keep washer even.
- If the clothes in the inner tub are packed unevenly, this may cause considerable vibration or noise. Try to pack clothes uniformly in the inner tub.

* During spinning.
- Check to see if clothes are unbalanced on one side. Keep an even condition.
- If the vibration and noise don't occur when spinning an empty tub after outputting clothes, correct even adjustment and unbalanced clothes.(If the noise occur during spinning an empty tub, make a service inquiry.)

*Does the sound occur continuously during washing and spinning?
- If you examine carefully, there is a hole in the bottom of inner tub. Maybe, a wire will be in the hole. Remove the wire first, then use. If you don't remove the wire, it may cause rust stains.
- If there is a foreign material such as a coin in the inner tub, remove it after separating. If a sound occurs in the bottom of the washing plate.

*If you don't remove by removal method, make a service inquiry.
- Remove home part of cap in the middle of washing wing by (-)driver and then loosen fixing screw of washing wing about 3/4 by (+)driver and pull out by lifting washing wing. Then remove foreign materials (coins, etc.) in the bottom of washing wing and then reassemble machine in reverse order.

- The noise of inletting relates to a water pressure. Adjust pressure, the water can come into the tub without noise when opening or closing the faucet during inletting.
- A sound like "um~" may be caused by the vibration of the coil during inletting.

- It is the sound of water going inside when the water supply valve is opened by electricity.
- It sounds only when the water is going inside. If water level reaches the setting level, it stops and no sound occurs.
