Macaroni and Cheese Pears
500 gms. Boiled potatoes (mashed)
salt to taste
1 tsp. pepper powder
1 bread slice
50 gms macaroni
1.5 tsp. plain four
200 ml. water
125 ml milk
1.5 tsp. butter
25 gms. Processed cheese (grated)
50 gms. Bread crums
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt

To the mashed potatoes, add the salt, pepper powder and soaked bread slice. Mix well and keep aside.

Pour the water, in a 1 litre dish, and microwave on 100% power for 2 min.

Add the macaroni, salt and oil. Mix and microwave, on 100% power for 2:30 min.

Drain in a colander, under cold running water.

Heat butter, in a 2 litre dish, on 100% power for 20 sec.

Add the flour, mix and microwave, on 100% power for 40 sec. Stir 2-3 times during cooking.

Pour the milk slowly, stirring all the time, to avoid lumps, microwave, on 100% power for 2:30 min. Stir twice during cooking.

Season with salt and pepper, mix in the cheese and macaroni.

Allow to cool to room temperature.

Divide the potato mixture into 8 equal portions, flatten with palm, stuff a little macaroni mixture and shape into pears.

Preheat the lightly greased metal tray, placed on the high rack, on 'convection' at 250¨¬C.
12.
Beat the egg lightly, add salt. Dip the pears on this batter, roll in bread crumbs and keep aside.
13.
13 Place the pears on the hot tray, brush with oil and bake at 250¨¬C for 40 min.
