Chicken Haryall Tikka
500 gms chicken breast fillets (cut into 4 pcs)
1 small bunch coriander leaves
1 small bunch mint leaves
1 tsp roasted cumin seed powder
1 piece ginger
6-8 cloves garlic
2 green chillies
juice of 1 lemon
chat masala powder to taste
100 gms thick curd (lightly beaten)
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
oil for brushing

Make deep incisions on either side of chicken pcs.

Mix well the curb, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and roasted cumin seed powder

Grind the mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies to a thick paste. Add to the curd(mixture). Mix well.

Add the chicken fillets. Mix and marinate, covered in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours.

Place the marinated chicken, on the high rack and keep aside for 10-15 min.
6.
Brush the pieces, with a little oil and cook on the high rack on combination-3 for 4 min. Reposition the chicken pcs. Once during cooking.
7.
Brush with a little more oil and grill for 15-20 min. Reposition several times during cooking. Brush with more oil 2-3 times for even cooking.
