Bhindi Masala
250 gms lady's finger (slit)
100 gms onions (finely chopped or grated)
salt to taste
3/4 tsp. red chilli powder
3/4 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. aniseed powder
1 tsp. oil
1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. dry mango powder
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1 tsp. oil

Mix well the finely chopped / grated onions, salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and aniseed powder. Add I tsp. oil for binding. Mix well.

Stuff the prepared masala in the slit Lady's fingers.

Heat oil, in a 1/2 litre shallow dish, on 100% power for 40 seconds. Add the cumin seeds and microwave on 100% power for 30 seconds.
4.
Add the stuffed Lady's fingers and the leftover masala (if any) and microwave, partially covered on 100% power for 4 minutes. Stir twice during cooking.
