400 ml sour curd50 gms gram flour
salt to taste
3/4 tsp. red chilli powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/4 tsp. fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
1/4 tsp. mustard seeds
6-8 curry leaves
2 dry red chillies
a pinch of asofoetida
800 ml water
1 tbsp. desi ghee
1. Heat ghee, in a litre deep dish, on 100% powder for 40 seconds. Add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry chillies, and fenugreek seeds and microwave on 100% power for 1 minute.
2. Whisk the curd, gram flour and water into a thin, smooth paste. (strain if required)
3. Add the curd mixture salt, red chilli powder. Mix microwave on 100% power for 9 minutes. Stir 2-3 times during cooking. Mix.
4. Finally add the pakodis and microwave on 60% power for 9 minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice of rotis.
